S Ramesh Babu, the Founder Trustee of VKRC, has been in the journey of learning Varmam for the past 16+ years and still going on since he believes that "Learning is a never ending thing and every small thing teaches something.."
He has learnt from several Gurus / Aasaans in and around Kanyakumari, several parts of TamilNadu and Kerala.

• Bring Varmam into formal education system.
• Get recognition for, spread and preach Varmam techniques of self defense and healing
to the world.
• Establish standards for pressures to be applied in stimulations in varmam.
• Interpret manuscripts and bring them in the form of books so as to reach maximum
audience
• Publish magazines, articles, journals and research papers on Varmam by its own and as
a complementary system with other medical system.
• Guide as many students in doing doctorate in the subject.
• Publish books literature on Varmam from the manuscripts in several languages and
increase the reach of the system.
